Founder and Director, Courtney Campbell, has extensive experience obtaining approval for a wide range of developments with more than 20 years’ experience in both Local Government and as a private planning consultant.

Our team is highly experienced, passionate and ready to help you make your project dreams a reality, from concept development to completion.

Total Store, Bairnsdale have been using Development Solutions since we started expanding the Storage units in Bairnsdale four years ago. We undertook the building of the units our self, coordinating the individual contractors in house, but we needed someone to coordinate with the shire, submitting the ﬁnal plans for Planning permit/ Building permit, which was a big job made easy. Development Solutions staﬀ also helped with the building regulations, ﬁre services, road and cross over issues, rain garden the list goes on.
